The client is a British co mpany specializing in underwear, swimwear, and T-shirts. Their initial requirement was bamboo fiber mesh fabric. Bamboo fiber is a short-fiber product, while our factory primarily produces long-filament synthetic fabrics. The client favored bamboo fiber fabric, primarily due to its inherent moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and antibacterial properties.
We recommended bamboo charcoal fiber fabric with similar functions, along with several standard fiber mesh fabrics for comparison. The client ultimately selected AIR ICY0601 fabric and requested free samples for sample garment production. Considering this was their first order, we agreed to provide samples to ensure a positive start to the collaboration.
After receiving the fabric, the client conducted pattern making tests. Upon successful testing, they placed a formal order. We smoothly arranged production and shipped the product on schedule. The product met the client's expectations, leading to repeat orders.
