The client is an Australian startup brand company that primarily produces children's swimwear and requires the fabric to be made from renewable materials.

Renewable fabrics are one of our company's strengths, including renewable nylon and polyester. The client wanted a renewable fabric with a special texture suitable for swimwear, without specific composition requirements, but the fabric needed to be chlorine-resistant and pill-resistant. Therefore, I recommended two of our best-selling chlorine-resistant Lycra fabrics: F205-LKNL and ZS440-KL. Because they use Lycra yarn, they come with Lycra company tags and chlorine-resistant certificates, proving the swimwear's chlorine resistance and quality, giving the customer confidence to purchase. This type of fabric has chlorine resistance from the raw yarn, so the chlorine resistance is not limited by the number of washes.

However, our current stock of chlorine-resistant Lycra fabric is plain weave. I wanted to demonstrate to the client that we have chlorine-resistant yarns and can develop fabrics to match the client's desired style. Because we own our own weaving, dyeing, and printing factories, we are a truly integrated weaving, dyeing, and printing factory. Furthermore, it's solely owned by the boss.

Therefore, I then showed the client ZSTH2032 and ZS1698 fabrics. Both are made of recycled nylon and have special textures, meeting the client's needs. However, only ZS1698 was in stock with greige fabric available; ZSTH2032 required custom orders with a high minimum order quantity, generally 2000KG or more.

So the client chose ZS1698. The client now needs a sample for pattern making and requires custom colors. Because we have our own dyeing factory, we have many dyeing vats of different specifications to support various client orders, and the client quickly made a decision and placed an order. The sample order has entered the production queue. Due to the large number of bulk orders currently being processed, production scheduling needs to be carefully planned, so the general delivery cycle is 10-15 days. We will strictly adhere to the production plan and do our utmost to support our clients.
