The client was a fabric wholesaler in the Netherlands who wanted to switch suppliers because their current suppliers offered only a limited range of products. This was a very opportune time. I introduced ourselves as an integrated manufacturing and trading company, handling everything from weaving, dyeing, finishing, to export. They showed interest.
However, during initial communication, the client asked many questions, which I answered in detail, providing photos and videos to explain samples and the production process. Gradually, the client became more convinced of our professionalism in the textile industry. They even booked a flight from Netherlands to China to visit our factory and company.
After visiting our dyeing and printing facilities, their confidence in us increased even further. They gradually progressed from small test orders to becoming a regular monthly ordering client.
